Fallen Princesses

As I take a step away from college life and into the real world I have to take a moment to think about life. How often do our lives go off track? We usually think this is a problem but maybe sometimes it's a blessing...leaving an old love or an old friendship behind as we move on in life. Are we really losing our way or just finding a better path?
As Carrie Bradshaw once said, "Maybe mistakes are what make our fate...without them what would shape our lives? Maybe if we had never veered off course we wouldn't fall in love, have babies, or be who we are. After all, things change, so do cities, people come into your life and they go. But it's comforting to know that the ones you love are always in your heart...and if you're very lucky, a plane ride away."
